Daily Precipitation Analysis over the U.S. and Mexico (1948--Apr 1999)

SOURCE: The US portion of the Analysis was based on the CPC Unified
                 Precipitation Data Set and the Mexico
                 portion was based on daily station data from about 300 gauge
                 stations prior to the 90's and ~600 after.

TIMES: 1 value per day; 365 or 366 values per year.

MSS Directory: /CA/PRECIP/CPC/US-MEX

Filename: us_mex.precip.YYYY.nc, where YYYY is the 4-digit year, 

   e.g. us_mex.precip.1999.nc contains the data for 1999 (365 times).
