CCR IAM Staff: Sukwon Choi

Short Bio

Suk-won Choi is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics at The Ohio State University. He was born in Rep. of Korea and obtained his Doctoral degree in the Dept. of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics at The Ohio State University. His research focuses on land use changes, management of natural resources, carbon sequestration policy, and policy impacts on agriculture and forestry.

He is currently working with the Integrated Assessment Modeling (IAM) group on developing the Global Forest and Agricultural Land Use Model (GFAM) and analyzing the impact of technology changes in agriculture and biofuel production on future land use change and carbon sequestration.
