VI. Eddy Statistics History Tapes.


A. Description.

Monthly mean statistics have been computed by the CCM Processor (Buja, 1992) for R15, T21, T31, T42, T63, and T106 CCM2 controls and are stored on the MSS as time averaged history save tapes (SAVHSTA). These statistics match those in Trenberth and Olson (1988) and Trenberth (1992). Two extra variables were added: TMQ (precipitable water) and albedo.

The square brackets [] indicate a monthly time mean and the ' is the departure from the mean.

1. Data is computed on the following vertical pressure levels:

1000, 950, 850, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 250, 200, 150,100, 70, 50 30, 20, 10 mb
