Hi Friends,
As GCM is used to predict climate rather than weather, we can use the
initial condition provided by NCAR such as SEP1.T42.0198.nc for any year.
For example, if I want to simulate for the period of 1980-1990, I can take
SEP1.T42.0198.nc as the condition on sept. 1 of 1980. If I want to simulate
for the period of 1990-2000, I can take SEP1.T42.0198.nc as the condition on
sept. 1 of 1990.
Is this concept correct?
Thanks.
