      This run encountered a problem in the ocean model that most likely is
      being triggered by the overflows parameterization.  There is new ocean
      code available to mitigate the problem, and Gokhan recommends that this
      new code be used to continue this run.          
 
      Here's what needs to be done:
        1) Copy three ocean-model files from /ptmp/njn01/for_b40.20th.track1.1deg.006/
           into the $CASE/SourceMods/src.pop2 directory: initial.F90, overflows.F90, and
           vmix_kpp.F90.  These files are identical to those in the ccsm_pop_2_1_20100108
           tag.
        2) Edit $CASE/Buildconf/pop2.buildnml.csh, adding the following line to the 
           context_nml namelist:  lccsm_control_compatible = .false.   The context_nml
           namelist will now look like this:

   lcoupled  = .true.
   lccsm     = .true.
   b4b_flag  = .false.
   lccsm_control_compatible = .false.

        3) Rebuild the ocean model              

        4) Document these changes by updating the runs database
 
        5) Restart the run from 01 January 1982
