Hello CGD,
There is a new copier/printer in room 330. All Linux and most Macintosh 
systems will already have the printer installed on their system. Windows 
users will need to install the printer themselves. Instructions on how 
to add the printer if it's not installed can be found here for all 
operating systems:

The new copier/printer is also a scanner. You can scan documents and 
have it email you or someone else a pdf version of what you just 
scanned. It is currently configured to use UCAR's ldap server which 
means it will list all UCAR/NCAR employees when you use the search 
option.  The address search feature only works if you search by first name.
