Windows Firefox, Thunderbird and Adobe Acrobat/Reader Upgrades

All Windows desktops and laptops will have their Firefox,
Thunderbird and Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader Products upgraded
to the newest version for security patching.

Please log out of your machine and leave it powered on overnight and
attached to the internal network via a network cable. Your machine
will be rebooted a couple of times so please remember to log out
or at the very least save your work.

If your machine is not available for the update, you can install the
package manually by rebooting your machine, logging in and then
rebooting again once you bring the machine in after Wednesday morning.
