The Community Land Model (CLM) source code files are organized into separate directories based on their scientific function. The following directories contain code for the CLM physical parameterizations.
Contains code for calculating maintenance respiration, growth respiration and production, microbial respiration, dust mobilization, and volatile organic compound (VOC) emission.
Contains code for calculating leaf temperature, surface fluxes, and soil, snow, and ground temperatures.
Contains code for calculating vegetation phenology including leaf areas, stem areas, and heights.
Contains code for dynamic global vegetation.
Contains the data type modules, main driver, and mapping code needed for running CLM in any mode.
Contains code for the River Transport Model (RTM).
