CCSM Control

CCSM 3.0 1990 control run with resolution T85_gx1v3. Forcing was held constant at 1990 conditions. The run was started from an arbitrary initial condition and run for 700 model years.

IPCC Output

CCSM 3.0 20th Century and IPCC A1B 21st Century runs. Resolution T85_gx1v3.

4-day POP Average Data

CCSM 3.0 POP ocean-only hindcast (1958-2000) simulation using Large and Yeager (2004) forcing. Initial ocean state is motionless with T, S from Levitus. Fourth cycle of the run that has 4-day mean history files.

Monthly POP Hindcast Data

CCSM 3.0 POP ocean-only hindcast (1958-2000) simulation using Large and Yeager (2004) forcing. Initial ocean state is motionless with T, S from Levitus. Integrated through three forcing cycles to approximately equilibrate.
