Microsoft Office 365
In switching over to O365 you may encounter a message saying to activate or buy office. If this happens follow the steps below:
- First close all Office applications on your machine
- Then check if Office 365 has been installed or not by opening Self Service and seeing if there is an option for "CGD Microsoft O365"
- If not installed then click install and wait for the update to complete, if the option to install is not there then continue
- When you open an Office application a message should appear on your screen letting you know you may need to sign in. Enter your UCAR email address and CIT password to continue
